Strawberry Ice Cream​

Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) strawberries that are picked at the height of vine ripeness are macerated in turbinado sugar for 36 hours to make this creamy, frozen fruit concoction. The maceration process turns all of the water in the strawberries into a full bodied puree that blends with the cream to give your tongue a trip through strawberry fields.
